The decoction can be quite effective to increase immunity. Most of the things used to make decoction (Kadha) are also used in Ayurveda. All of these have antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties that can act as a natural remedy to increase immunity.
Boost immunity is being repeatedly mentioned to protect against corona virus. Kadha will Increase Immunity . A good immune system not only protects you from virus infection but is also known to keep away from flu, colds and colds.
How to make kadha Recipe
To make the decoction, first keep heating the water. When the water starts boiling, add black pepper, powdered cloves, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, dry grapes and jaggery as per taste. After some time, put basil leaves in it. Now add tea leaves in it. Boil it until the water dries to half. Turn off the gas when the water remains half. Sieve the water. Your decoction is ready. Drink it daily for a few days. Your cold and cough will disappear.

Basil – तुलसी पत्ती:
It is recommended to use Tulsi leaves in decoction. Basil leaves can be helpful in increasing immunity. Tulsi is rich in anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory properties. The Ministry of AYUSH has also mentioned lemon for taste. Along with this, lemon is also helpful in strengthening the immune system. It is a good source of Vitamin C, which is considered an immunity booster
